Among the best experiences on Santorini is to relax in an open air café and watch the blue waters of the Aegean Sea above you, the caldera or the wonderful sunset. Such cafeterias are found almost anywhere on Santorini, mainly in Oia, Fira and along the beaches of the island. Apart from coffees, they serve alcohol beverages, ice creams and some light snacks.

Some of them play soft live music, while others turn into bars after midnight and stay open till early in the morning. Prices are moderate.
